The Pub is a remarkable collection of authentic Irish décor.

The interior is inspired by pubs the owners grew up seeing on the streets of Ireland. The Pub is an amazing feat of workmanship; filled with architectural gems. Many were handcrafted and shipped directly from Ireland to be reassembled here on the shores Hallandale Beach. There is a great deal of original features within. Beautiful mahogany tables and chairs were also custom made from Ireland and impart their native charm and warmth to the dining area.

The inspiration for The Playwright is a literary one, as seen by the many photos of famous and some infamous Irish playwrights.

Our Main Dining area features gothic style chandeliers including old style artifacts and collectibles giving the whole pub a distinctive European feel. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and homey, offering somewhere to sit and enjoy a pint of your favorite beer. You can also take in fountain side dining and bar service from our outdoor patio and bar. There are over 13 draft beers on tap including the best pint of Guinness this side of St James Gate, the home of the Guinness brewery in Dublin, Ireland.

Three brothers Eamon, Richard and Dennis came from County Kilkenny in the South Eastern corner of Ireland, and opened the original location in Hamden, CT over 20 years ago. They have combined food, beer, screenplays & decor with tradition to give you :
