Movies this Weekend

August 20th, 2010 · No Comments

Movies are a popular weekend activity on Saturday night. The AMC Aventura Mall movie theater has become too popular over the weekends, drawing crowds of teens and couples from miles around Aventura. This is a destination movie theater in South Florida – many come for the shopping, restaurants, and then hit up the latest movie. It’s a perfect way to spend the day, especially in the summer heat. Sunrise Cinemas in the Intracoastal Mall has become the local alternative to the Aventura Mall movie theater. They only show about nine movies, instead of the endless titles and times in Aventura. Take a second to check out the movies at this Sunrise Cinema and you’ll discover they show great films and even offer some independent and foreign titles.
