According to an article in The Miami Herald, titled Broward gets Grant to Speed Fort Lauderdale-Aventura Bus Route, Broward Transit Systems recently acquired funds to explore technologies that will improve transit time. Soon it will make that much more sense to leave that car at home and take the bus. Already Miami-Dade and Broward Transit services have easy to understand tools to help you plan out your route to Aventura Mall. Once you get there be sure to take advantage of the Aventura Express Shuttle Bus Service. The shuttle bus service is a transit system, offered by the City of Aventura, that will connect you via multiple routes to exceptional shopping and all the places you need in Aventura. So the next time you’re planning a trip to the Aventura Mall, take some of the stress out of the journey and take the bus. You’ll shop much better and you’ll never have to remember where you parked!

Now that you know this little snippet of information, the parking issue and the flow of traffic makes sense. Well, it’ll never really make sense but at least now you can understand it.

Aventura, originally conceived as a retirement community, is on the “map” as one of the most powerful retail meccas and a luxury residential community with parks, schools, and all the other comforts of home.

Keep in mind the fact that this is America’s second most visited mall, the traffic dripping all the way out to I95 and Ives Diary has become a problem. Right now, there’s construction on Ives Diary road going on to reconstruct the system to handle the mass demand for this exit. This project and likely several others yet to begin are all an effort to manage the demand for this pocket of success. Yes, it’s frustrating if you are a local; however, these are just growing pains. The seasoned developers anticipated success, but this is a whole other level that evolved without anybody really seeing the outcome. As an example, the political situations in various South American countries caused a massive influx of people moving to Aventura. It’s a great thing, but we should be patient to deal with the changes.

Louis Vuitton had their home in the Bal Harbour Shops for many years, they recently found a great new home in Aventura. It seems to be a perfect match, the shop is always buzzing with people checking out the latest style and fashion. This is perfect for Aventura, the City of Luxury, Style, Fashion, and Trendsetters.

There’s always improvements being made in Aventura. As you drive through Aventura on the short stretch of Biscayne Blvd. you should start to notice the light posts are changing. Specifically, by the Aventura Mall area there have been several new light posts installed. These posts are a lot nicer than the typical posts, these have a second lower lantern for a more luxurious look.

These new lights will give Aventura a signature look in the evening and add to the luxury lifestyle that continues to build in this area.
