Inspectors discovered several violations in restaurants and ordered their doors shut for a serious cleaning before re-opening. A re-inspection will determine if all standards are met.
The following restaurants have been the focus of recent inspection violations.

VUE RESTAURANT – FORT LAUDERDALE
ARLEN CAFE – MIAMI BEACH
LOS ANDES RESTAURANT – DEERFIELD BEACH
ICHIYAMI BUFFET & SUSHI – BOCA RATON
RUBY TUESDAY – BOCA RATON

It might be time to adopt the NYC Grading system. In New York City restaurants display a letter ranking to the public – the letter grade is based on inspections. Those not familiar can check out the New York City restaurant grading system here – http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/downloads/pdf/rii/how-we-score-grade.pdf
What are your thoughts on implementing a similar system across Miami-Dade?
