Aventura Grand Cove – Commercial Real Estate News

The Cove at Biscayne Plaza is located at 18955 to 19029 Biscayne Blvd, you know the shopping center where Bagel Cove is located. This large commercial property was recently sold several days ago and now under the management of FIP Realty. Everyone in Aventura knows this spot, it’s one of the first developed pieces of commercial real estate in the area – it was built in 1954 and now home to highly demanded bagels. This is an exciting changing of the reigns and the commercial real estate management company is ready for the challenge.

Most residents in the area have noticed the free standing building across from the Bagel Cove, in the photo above. This location is currently vacant and has always been a tough match for the right business – it was a Lobster House, Brazilian Grill, Kosher Restaurant and many more. Despite a history of challenges and unsuccessful attempts to vitalize the property, FIP Realty is confident that this fantastic area is perfect for so many new blossoming businesses looking for space in Aventura. The team explained that there are many exciting options for tenants looking for a 5,000 plus square foot space.

FIP Realty has developed a great reputation around town and even recently received a beautification award from the City of Hallandale regarding a plaza they manage on Hallandale Beach Boulevard. This group also manages the Aventura Center located on the corner of Ives Diary Road and West Dixie Highway.
