Peninsula I and Peninsula II New Signage

September 21st, 2010 · 2 Comments

Peninsula Condos in Aventura are located off of 183rd Street next to Williams Island. The Peninsula community is composed of two buildings – Peninsula I and Peninsula II. Peninsula I is a luxurious Aventura condo that was embraced by residents and quickly became a lively community. Peninsula II was built during the recent South Florida real estate boom and at the beginning of the South Florida real estate decline. This timing was merely a bump in the road for a condo community that will likely prove to be another luxurious highly demanded place to live in Aventura.

Recently, the condos of Peninsula I and Peninsula II have new signage and a walking path on 183rd Street. This corner is the perfect spot to announce the two hidden gems of the Peninsula community – it’s located on the path to the children’s park in Aventura. Also, this sign is getting tremendous visibility because it’s at the corner of a four way intersection connecting Williams Island, Biscayne Cove, and various other Aventura communities.

In addition to this permanent signage, for the time being there’s a billboard on Biscayne Blvd. and 183rd promoting Peninsula II condos. Apparently there are many units available at great prices and they want everyone to know about it.

Here’s a snapshot of work being done on Peninsula I and Peninsula II sign – pavers and landscaping being installed to create the beautiful walking path.

Next time you’re going for a walk in the neighborhood, take a look at the nice path and sign. Let us know what you think about living at the Peninsula I and Peninsula II in Aventura.
