The Terzetto residential project in Aventura is at the surface once again. In case you haven’t noticed, there’s a large “Notice of Public Hearing” sign in front of the Terzetto Villas. The Villas look as if they’ve been completed; however, the rest of the project is sitting empty. The Merco Group planned this project several years ago and it’s still empty – one of the few unfinished real estate developments in Aventura. Although a portion of the project has been polished up and looks nice when driving on 185th Street, let’s not forget the hundreds of yards of green tarp and fencing that covers the unfinished parcels.

It would be great to see this project finished, if not it would be nice if the property was transformed into another park and is no longer an eye sore.
We will update you on the outcome.
