Yesterday the iPad 3G was released, creating a mob scene at the Apple store in Aventura Mall. It’s always packed, but yesterday the line wrapped around adjacent stores. This was a sight to see – the lengths techies go to get their gadgets is amazing. I’m confused, didn’t the iPad just come out a few weeks ago? What’s next month?

The main difference between the Apple iPad and 3G is that for about $130.00 extra the 3G can connect to a network without WIFI – like your iPhone. You have an iPhone don’t you? The Apple craze has taken over the tech world and is often a status symbol in the business world. It’s likely that Apple has strategic alliances with advertising agencies, tech companies, and other Web 2.0 geared firms, giving their employees Apple devices. It not only makes the companies look high-tech, but forces everyone else to keep up. No matter how you slice it, the Apple iPad 3G is the hottest on the market today.

Aventura is home to many that love the newest and most expensive toys. The iPad is not an exception, the crowds at the Aventura Mall Apple store were huge. People came from all over South Florida and many from Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil to stand on line for the iPad 3G release.
