2010, for me, is about getting fit. In order to accomplish this goal I joined the Equinox fitness center in Aventura. I’ve been to many gyms in the area, but the experience at Equinox has been far superior. This is more of a private club than a local gym - all the luxury comforts with the serious equipment. The convincing factor to join was the customer service and friendly team.

I’m excitied about my membership and have been getting to the gym at least three times a week. Equinox is located in the Aventura Mall, so it’s easy to get to and there’s always a restaurant near to grab dinner after a great workout. Upon joining, I had a fulll fitness evaluation by a personal trainer in Aventura Equinox. During this session we discussed my fitness goals and methods to achieving those goals. After, I had a personal training session and had the best workout in years. The personal trainers at Equinox know how to develop a creative and effective program custom fit for the individuals they are training - they certainly did for me.

I’ve been consistently impressed by the level of cleanliness at the fitness center. If you watch closely, you’ll notice an Equinox team member rotating and keeping the place organized and sterilized. This was an important element in my decision to join the club - it’s vital that a public health facility always be under control. So put on your white glove and do the test yourself, it’ll impress you. It’s worth a visit if you haven’t seen what all the hype is about in Aventura.

I’m looking forward to taking some of the many fitness classes they offer. There’s been a lot of buzz about their spinning classes, yoga classes, and pilates classes. There are many more different types of aerobics and sculpting classes and all are free to attend with your membership. Equinox is constantly offering all types of fitness services to keep their club at the top of the list. Got to run for now, off to the gym. Hope to see you there.
