Insurance Claims in Aventura

Here’s a few words from Rami Boaziz, the Insurance Adjuster, featured on our blog. Although the wild storm that sunk the boat in the previous post is over, a lot of damage is still lingering. Best to give Rami a call and have him evaluate your situation and insurance claim, this guy works magic.

Happy New Year to you and your families.

For those of you who don’t already know, I am now working as a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster with Zevuloni & Associates, P.A in Sunrise, Florida.

I have decided to take a small twist on my law career and become a Public Insurance Adjuster representing Property Owners against Insurance Companies with their property claims.

Public Adjuster’s serve an extremely important purpose during the Insurance Claim process. Just as an Insurance Company has an adjuster representing the Insurer on the claim, it is imperative for the Property Owner to have someone advocate on their behalf as well. A Public Adjuster makes sure that the Property Owner is properly compensated for the loss in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Insurance Policy. Whereas an Insurance Company is quick to deny a claim or minimize the Insured’s perception of damages, a Public Adjuster works diligently to ensure that the Property Owner is receiving the maximum compensation to which he or she is entitled under the Insurance Policy.

We represent Property Owners in all types of property claims, including, but not limited to fire, flood, pipe break, A/C leaks, hurricane, water damage and collapse, etc. Additionally, we represent residential property owners as well as commercial property, with an emphasis on representing condominium associations in large claims where experienced legal guidance is needed.

So, if you or anyone you know has property damage and is filing an insurance claim, please let them know to give me a call so I can represent them to make sure that their loss is properly valued and they receive the maximum amount to which they are entitled.

Also, we have had great success in re-opening old claims for Hurricane Wilma. If you filed a claim and believe that you were not properly compensated for your damage, let me take a look at your claim and we might be able to re-open the file and obtain additional monies for your claim.
