A few weeks ago there was a terrible flood in Aventura. Many cars and boats were lost or badly damaged in this past rain storm. If you thought that Aventura didn’t have a flooding issue, well you were wrong. This strom revealed that Aventura is not immune from flooding streets. Also, many properties had water damage – flooding from the roof and water coming in the front doors. Hope everyone had insurance and called their public insurance adjusters to collect.

Imagine if this was your boat and you saw this, you’d be pissed. We may have needed the rain, but not all in one day. That storm was crazy. Watch the Channel 7 video
