Aventura has become the trailblazing trendsetting luxury city in South Florida. One of the most impressive sights in the Aventura area are the yachts in the water. It’s rumored that there’s something like 300 million sitting in the water from Hallandale through Sunny Isles. A number like that demands attention and requires professionals in the industry to understand. When trying to find out more about the yachts in Aventura, it was clear that access requires a membership card – yacht ownership. Tucked between the yachting capital of the world (Ft. Lauderdale) and a trendy megayacht destination (Miami), Aventura has quietly enjoyed a dynamic boating lifestyle for years. Already internationally known for its famous mall, golf courses, restaurants, and beautiful nearby beaches, visitors might be surprised of the active marine life hidden by the towering high-risers. The ICW and its many canals feature marinas, restaurants, service facilities, and even pristine anchorages to enjoy Aventura from a very different angle. The City of Aventura is already a posh choice for it’s land based amenities, but her constantly evolving waterways are attracting boaters seeking clean waters, reasonable dockage and quick access to the open ocean. Several anchorages, sandbars and even a “party” island make this a place to visit often…or just call home.

Having lived in and loved this area for many years, we decided to share with you many of the highlights and buzz of the Aventura water scene. Before we get ahead of ourselves perhaps an introduction is due. We are developers, builders, brokers and reporters of luxury yachts. Yachting is our career, not just a job or a hobby. To be a professional in any field you have to be well rounded so along the way we’ve picked up experience from every area of our industry.  From cleaning boats to managing projects to designing yachts to running warranty divisions.  We’ve created and launched entire brands and yacht models from scratch. Our projects have graced scores of editorial pages in the most prestigious industry magazines.  Our brokerage experience has taken us from vintage boats to megayachts with one common goal: Guide our clients to the boating lifestyle that they seek first, then figure out which boat will make that happen.
