This morning I was invited by a friend of mine to attend a BREIA Meeting at the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame on Griffin Road. BREIA stands for Broward Real Estate Investors Association this is not to be confused with the popular B R E Khamotkha brekher funny phone call in this video.
The BREIA has a goal to educate and remove confusion when it comes to investing in South Florida real estate. This way you don’t waste your time on the phone trying to find a Khamotkha Brekher. After attending the meeting it was unclear how exactly they help investors, but they’re great at peaking the interest in people. I heard that they offer a mentoring program for $5,000.00 dollars. It seems like a lot of money, but plenty of people pay it.
BREIA ( Broward Real Estate Investors Association ) is making moves in the South Florida real estate investor market as more people become members. They have meetings that gather many industry real estate investors and sellers in order to build a healthy network of South Florida real estate investors. Do some Google searches on them and see for yourself.
