The much-anticipated Bar Rosso is well under way. They are in the throes of construction and the space is coming together beautifully (We hear they even have a wood burning stove). Insiders at Bar Rosso say that they’re about to secure a chef, and the restaurant is due to open very soon. Aventura, get ready for some great Italian food, unique wines by the glass (or the bottle), and a an upscale-yet-casual “neighborhood” place to hang your hats.
